FAQs

Shipping

If i place 2 separate orders will they be sent together?

Yes.

If you place 2 separate orders we will send both together unless we have sent one already. Then we will give you the refund for the postage money not used.

How will my order be packed?

Orders are wrapped in our custom tissue paper and sealed with a sticker. Depending on the size of the order it will likely be put in a plastic mailer with a biodegradable additive to help it break down faster. You can fit quite a lot in them. For larger orders we do the same as before but then place them in a cardboard box made from recycled cardboard :)

What shipping methods are available?

We mainly use Royal Mail for items worldwide but you do have the option to use any courier you wish if you find it more reliable. This is mainly useful when your national mail service is rubbish. Royal mail items sent internationally will use a countries local mail service. So if you are worried about your items getting to you then choose a cheaper courier option. For example it can cost only £5 more to get something couriered to you instead of through the national USPS postal service in the USA.

BIBS dummies FAQs

What Are BIBS pacifiers?

BIBS dummies are designed and manufactured in Denmark. These have been developed over more than 40 years and are the most popular 100% natural rubber pacifiers worldwide. Also they have the reputation of creating a product that always delivers function, style & premium European quality.

The Main benefit of BIBS dummies

BIBS dummies mimick both the shape and soft materials of mothers’ breast. Their classic appearance captures a look that’s both timeless and elegant.

What are BIBS dummies made of?

Original BIBS are 100% free from BPA, PVC and phthalates. Made of 100% natural rubber.

BIBS dummies fulfil the European standard: EN 1400+A1.

How should i store BIBS Dummies?

Dummies should always be kept dry and protected from dirt. Avoid placing the dummy in direct sunlight and heat, as this might weaken the nipple. Also, do not store the dummies in desinfectant/sterilising liquid, which can affect their durability.

How Can I Sterilize / Clean BIBS?

Before using the dummy for the first time, put in boiling water or sterilizer for 5 minutes.

Since it has a vented nipple, liquid will penetrate into the dummy.

Once the dummy has cooled down, the water can be pressed out of the nipple to ensure hygiene.

Before each use, the dummy should be sterilised by just pouring boiling water over it for minimum 5 seconds.

Can I Put BIBS in my dishwasher?

No. Never use washing up liquid to clean your child’s dummy and do not put in the dishwasher.

How long can I use BIBS dummies for?

We recommend dummies are discarded after 3-4 months of use. BIBs Dummies are made from natural rubber/latex that expands in size over time.

This is due to the fact that they are made from a 100% natural material with a limited durability.

The nipple has turned a dark brown, is it still safe to use?

When the nipple starts to expand in size or change its colour from yellow to brown, this is a sign that the dummy has reached its lifespan and should be replaced with a new one as at this point the dummy is not safe to use.

How can i check if my dummy is damaged?

Frequently check the dummy for damage including changes in the shape of the nipple i.e. cracks, holes, bite marks as this can lead to defects and risk of suffocation. Before giving the dummy to the child, please check thoroughly by pulling the nipple in all directions.
