Greece is the country with the largest coastline in the Mediterranean and its entire is connected with the involvement of its people with the sea. One of the most iconic Greek images is that of a fishing boat and of the fishermen. Using the basic construction material of a traditional fishing boat, wood and sail we created a collectible in two colours that preserves the magic and the essence of Greek culture and tradition.
Perfect for your little one to pretend play and even use in the bath (please leave in a dry area after use, to allow it to dry appropriately).
A DROP OF KNOWLEDGE
Archaeological findings show that ship forms sailed in the Greek sea from a very long time ago, from 14th – 17th century B.C. while Homer’s Iliad and Odyssey are the oldest written references to shipbuilding methods, as well as the oldest testimonies about maritime life and shipbuilding art. For fifty centuries of naval history ships are made of wood and with sails.

More About Us And Our Offers
From Our Family To Yours x
We started La Romi from our living room to spend more time together and build something to make a positive impact on other families. Both working long hours apart, we swapped for long hours together, thanks to Emma.
We want to be as sustainable as possible and even offer a UK Recycling Scheme for used dummies and other smaller baby items that we then pay to be recycled responsibly.
