What Is Baby Reflux?

Reflux is a condition in which stomach acid and other contents of the stomach move up into the oesophagus. It usually happens when there’s too much pressure on your baby’s tummy or they are lying down too long.

This can happen when they have been sitting in their car seat or bouncer for too long without being burped, changed, or walked. It can also happen when they are lying down to sleep on their back.

What is Baby Colic vs Baby Reflux and How are They Different?

Baby colic is a condition that causes pain and fussiness in an otherwise healthy baby. It is mostly seen in babies from 3 to 6 months old.

Baby reflux is a condition that causes vomiting, irritability, and difficulty sleeping in an otherwise healthy baby. It is mostly seen in babies from 1 to 2 years old.
